Challenge Time!

Ok, so I know I already made one post today but really, who cares?! This is where I can share what I have currently going on! Last Monday, July 1st, 2013, I posted on my instagram account, @crprze, a couple different things.

One of those posts was my goals:

  • emerald coach rank by July 3rd(unfortnately hasn’t happened yet) :(
  • #sixpackbylaborday challenge
  • diamond coach by September
  • group fitness instructor certification for Hip Hop Hustle
  • spinach everyday, preferably at least 2 times.
  • success club 10- i’m 2 points away from it!!!
  • run 2-3 times for week(definitely been slacking with this)
  • gallon of water per day- CHUG CHUG CHUG
  • BIG GOAL- help as many people as I can to achieve their goals!

My second post was about my challenge, mentioned above, #sixpackbylaborday. Yes it has a hashtag, I don’t care :)

Here are the rules:

  1. beachbody program Turbo Fire- stick to it religiously. want more details? checkout my website.
  2. Spinach with 2 meals a day
  3. Plank as soon as your feet hit the ground in the morning. hold for as long as possible.
  4. Stick to clean eating with 1 cheat meal a week.
  5. drink shakeology everyday, no excuses!
  6. MINIMAL dairy products.

Want to join my challenge? Let me know. :) I’d love to have any many as would like to be apart of this to achieve any fitness goals they have. Im on week two and already see my stomach getting smaller- now I just need to work on my lower abs and I’ll be good!

Day 3- Shoulders & Arms, AB Ripper X, & Cardio

Hey all! Thanks for continuing to follow my fitness journey! Let me just tell you, the self control it takes to not go to DD in the morning to grab my ham, egg, and cheese on an english muffin + a coffee is definitely challenging. But, I’ve been sticking to my shakeology shakes and all is going well thus far again.

SELF CONTROL, PEOPLE!!! Eating clean and watching what you put in your body is KEY. I let myself go for about a month of so, with how I was eating, and I definitely could notice the difference, even though I continued working out.

MOVING ON…Since it’s Tuesday, it was my lunch cardio day :) While on lunch, I did 11 minutes on the cybex arc trainer, treadmill 40 second sprints(20 second break), and a little bike action. Managed to get a great burn and work up on sweat in 25 minutes. Not too shabby, especially since I didn’t want to go at all!

After work, I’ll be doing P90X day 3 shoulders and arms workout plus the ab ripper x dvd.I want my abs to start coming through! For dinner, I’ll be making some protein pancakes. :)

It gives me GREAT pleasure to announce that I am now offically a BeachBody COACH! I cannot wait to help people better their lives, get healthy, and so much more!! BeachBody is the company that sells very well known workout and nurtitional programs, whether it be P90X, insanity, shakeology(amazing meal replacing shakes in 3 different flavors). The list is endless and there is truly something from EVERYONE out there who wants to start leading a healthier lifetsyle. I couldn’t be more excited to help you all while also doing what I love, working on my fitness.

Not to mention, I could not have picked a better team to represent. I just signed up yesterday and I’ve already received such a warm welcome, its incredible and an amazing feeling. :)

Instagrams & Accountability

Hey ya’ll!! Sorry I’ve been such a slacker lately with posts the past two months. It’s terrible, I know. I really need to get back into this, even if its one or twice a week. I miss everyones support, whether it be on instagram or here.

In the meantime, I wanted to share an article my friend, Nicki posted, which you can check out here, about how “Instagram and selfies can make you healthier“! It was a great read and I was honored to be a feature of it. :) Definitely a great boost of motivation for blogging again. Over the past few months, Instagram has been my way of holding myself accountable with my clean eating and working out. I post a lot of selfies, workouts, and foods I’m eating. Plus, you’ll get a few random fun pictures here and there.

Also, a friend from college, Alyssa, is a co-editor of another awesome blog. She has asked me to write a little something for it and I couldn’t be more excited. I’m not sure what exactly I’ll be writing about just yet but, I’m excited!! I need to get on that!! Once I have an article and topic, I will post the link on here so you guys can see it!
